Need to Return Something?

You have up to 6 to 7 working days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

To qualify:

The item should be unused and in its original packaging.

Please make sure the product is in the same condition you received it — with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

Unfortunately, if the item has been used or the packaging is torn or missing, we won’t be able to take it back.

How it works:

2. We'll guide you through the return steps.

3. Once we receive and check the item, we'll process your refund or store credit within 5–10 business days.

A small note: You’ll be responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service just to be safe!

Exchanges are also accepted within 6 to 7 working days of receiving your order.

To keep things smooth:

We can’t process exchanges if the item has been used or shows signs of wear.

Once we get the item back and give it a quick check, we’ll ship your replacement out as soon as possible. If the item you’re exchanging for is out of stock, we’ll offer you a full refund or store credit — your choice.

Received Something Wrong or Damaged?
